1. Are your products truly alcohol-free?

We mostly offer 0.0% alcohol-free products, but some of our wines, alternative spirits, or natural fermentations may contain up to 0.5% alcohol by volume.

This level is considered non-intoxicating according to Swiss and European regulations. It is comparable to that found naturally in certain everyday foods, such as: freshly squeezed fruit juices, ripe bananas, and sourdough bread.

We clearly indicate the alcohol content on each product sheet, to allow you to make an informed choice, particularly if you are: pregnant or breastfeeding, subject to religious or medical restrictions, sober or on a sobriety journey.

3. Who are your products aimed at?

Our non-alcoholic drinks are ideal for: those who do not drink alcohol for personal or cultural reasons, pregnant or breastfeeding women, athletes and active people, lovers of new tastes, epicureans who want to toast without moderation.

4. Delivery?

Yes. We deliver throughout Switzerland via reliable logistics partners (Swiss Post or DPD).

📦 Delivery times: 2 to 4 working days on average.

🎁 Each order is carefully prepared and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

The delivery costs are as follows:

• Free from CHF 100 of purchase.

• Below: a flat rate of CHF 9.00 is applied to cover shipping and packaging costs.

5. Can I offer a Sans & Co. order?

Yes! Offering a non-alcoholic aperitif means offering pleasure, taste, and sharing.

6. Are there gift cards?

Yes. Our digital gift cards are available in several amounts (CHF 50, 100, or personalized).

7. How to store the products?

• Store drinks away from heat and light.

• Once opened, some must be refrigerated and consumed within a few days (information indicated on the label).

• For sparkling drinks: serve chilled (4–6°C), as with traditional champagnes or sparkling wines.

8. Do you offer offers for professionals?

Yes. If you are a:

• bar or restaurant,
